Columbus Tryouts:
- There is $2.00 per athlete cost to tryout.
- For 10U/5th grade...Sunday, March 14 at Reynoldsburg HS from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
- For 11U/6th grade...Sunday, March 14 at Reynoldsburg HS from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
- For 12U/7th grade...Forming a new team(s). Tryouts will be Sunday, March 14 at Reynoldsburg HS from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.
- For 13U/8th grade...Forming a new team(s). Tryouts will be Sunday, March 14 at Reynoldsburg HS from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.
- For 14U/9th grade...Sunday, March 14 at Reynoldsburg HS from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
- For 15U/10th grade...Sunday, March 14 at Reynoldsburg HS from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
- For 16U & 17U/11th & 12th grade...Sunday, March 14 at Reynoldsburg HS from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
- Note that for all tryouts held at Reynoldsburg High School, you should enter the high school property at the far east end and then drive around the building to the back field house entrance.
Ashland/Mansfield Area Tryouts:
- There is $2.00 per athlete cost to tryout.
- For 10U/5th grade...Tryouts are Wednesday, March 10 at Pleasant Valley Ranch from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
- For 11U/6th grade...Tryouts are Wednesday, March 10 at Pleasant Valley Ranch from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
- For 12U/7th grade...Tryouts are Wednesday, March 10 at Pleasant Valley Ranch from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
- For 13U/8th grade...Tryouts are Wednesday, March 10 at Pleasant Valley Ranch from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.

- Please note that we would like all previous tryout participants from the Ashland/Mansfield teams to attend this tryout as well, though the previous participants will not have to pay an additional tryout fee of $2.00.
What should I bring to tryouts?
- There is a $2.00 fee to tryout. Exact change is very much appreciated!
- A great attitude and willingness to follow instructions, play hard, and have fun!
- A reversible practice jersey if you have one or can borrow one.
- Yourself fully dressed for basketball. Locker rooms will not be provided for changing.
- Each participant should have a parent or legal guardian present. If no parent or legal guardian can attend, then the participant must use the link below to print and completely fill out the following forms. You must bring these forms with you to tryouts.
- Participants with a parent or legal guardian attending are also encouraged to fill out the above forms prior to coming to tryouts as it will very much speed up the registration process!
How do I know what age group I belong to?
- Great question! To determine your age bracket use AAU's age chart below. Notice that these are NEW age definitions for 2009!
- 10U/5th grade...Born January 1, 1999 or after or in the 5th Grade born January 1, 1998 or after
- 11U/6th grade...Born January 1, 1998 or after or in the 6th Grade born January 1, 1997 or after
- 12U/7th grade...Born January 1, 1997 or after or in the 7th Grade born January 1, 1996 or after
- 13U/8th grade...Born January 1, 1996 or after or in the 8th Grade born January 1, 1995 or after
- 14U/9th grade...Born January 1, 1995 or after or in the 9th Grade born January 1, 1994 or after
- 15U/10th grade...Born January 1, 1994 or after or in the 10th Grade born January 1, 1993 or after
- 16U/11th grade...Born January 1, 1993 or after or in the 11th Grade born January 1, 1992 or after
